The quotation is very competitive, however if all the work is done by a pc and with no site visits then you should expect issues. Have cost me delays extra works and a more experience Stractural engeneer in order to complete my conversion… when we have discover the issue with the heigh, half way into the project… we paid for a side visit but a solution was not provided. Will have expect a better response and a better communication when we agreed on the project.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review and we value your feedback. Please note we gave you structural design fee of £375 for loft conversion and were only appointed for RIBA stage 3-4 with option to include site visit for additional fee. But we were only appointed for structural design services. Please note- floor height and setting dimensions is the responsibility of architect; however, upon your request for site visit to sort out site issues, we attend the site very quickly and was able to provide a solution. Furthermore, on numerous occasion we responded to site queries from the builder which is part of RIBA construction stage 5-6 and we were not appointed for this service. Due to our limited availability at that time of construction, you decided to appoint another structural engineer for construction stage duties. Thank you Bolt Structures
