Everyone here seems really nice and friendly. If you are nervous or unsure about what you want done I have no doubt that you will be put at ease. I had my nose pierced and it's looking really clean and no flare-ups, I would definitely go back if I wanted any other pirecings or tatoos.

Sales and installation was great, it's a shame about the quality of the customer service. The office staff are particularly rude and unprofessional, sometimes employing sarcasm, and I get the impression that at times communication between between the engineers on site and those out on visits could be better.

Unfortunately some clients do not wish to take out maintenance contracts but after many fault free years feel once a problem occurs that an engineer should be available at their beck and call, for any contracted client this occurs and we get an engineer on site within 4 hours.

Efficient, practical and honest service. Cleaned up pretty well before leaving. We were able to book the work within a couple of weeks. Would definitely recommend.
