Deliberately ignored specific instructions resulting in loss of sentimental possessions which were either put in skip or ruined by leaving out in rain! used my tools leaving them dirty as had insufficient of their own. Filled a pond in with rocks leaving liner , pump and plants in situ then mixed cement by guess work using dirty water in pond! Would never use again!!!!!
