AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! HOUNSLOW BRANCH

1
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Absolutly disgusted by the level of customer service by Xercise4less Hounslow. FROZE my membership due to mental health issues and they continued to take payments from my bank. They are now sending ballifs to my property Because of there mess up. Emailed them several times and even visited the hounslow gym but kept getting told a member of management will call and resolve this. Months have passed and guess what? No communication what so ever!
