I had a skin consultation, facial & back massage by Alexandra. Absolutely amazing! Best facial I have ever had and a life changing result with the products they recommended me. My skin is completely different and much clearer, not dry at all. Very professional & welcoming salon. Katie the Receptionist is very helpful & knowledgeable about the products. Highly recommend.

I spent a long time working my way through lots of different skin brands with my troublesome acne-prone skin at 30. I have spent hundreds on skincare and when I did go for facials I didn't see any difference or felt there was any 'plan'. Wow Remedies could not be more different, they actually know how to help, and I've now got the best skin since I was 16. Proper extractions, tailor made facials with new tech and skincare that works! Worth every penny.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Went in for a "free" consultation and got charged £50. I then had an allergic reaction and couldn't go to my next laser treatment. I emailed the company and had no response, so I didn't attend. Then when I got a phone call they mentioned I could have a credit. So I went in for a facial and they said I was only entitled to £25.

Not to mention the service is way overpriced. I got a 25% discount when I mentioned it was cheaper elsewhere.

Also, the products are way overpriced. They are charging £30 for a cleanser that is £15 in another shop.

Don't go here! Not worth the money.

This is the place to take your skin for repair and tlc. Maria is very approachable, knowledgeable and great with laser treatment. Reception staff such as Jane are always friendly and efficient. I am a repeat customer and will definitely return here as the clinic is very clean, warm and staff are sincerely interested in your skin treatment.
