Everyone’s Money Is The Same?

I Think Some Of The Staff At The Tills Need Diversity Training I.e.Treat All Customers Equally And Serve Then In Turn When Waiting In A Queue.

Click. collect and pay for items they don't actually have in stock.

For the third time I have made a click and collect order and paid only to get a phone call from the store the next day saying the items aren't in stock despite the website saying there are plenty. They then record it as me cancelling the order. Someone needs to sort out the stock system and stop this constantly happening.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. It's a shame as it is a very good shop. Just the staff let it down.

Awful

I have always given this place the benefit of the doubt but today will be the last time I go back. It's a run down dump and whoever is in charge needs removing asap. If you manage to find your item then chances are it will look like second hand junk barely hanging off the shelf. On two occasions I had to interrupt a conversation between checkout staff so I could pay. The car park is a tip. Is this place closing down? That's what it feels like.
