Wickes

If i can give anyone one peice of advice - do not order a bathroom from Wickes. (And probably a kitche if this is anything to go by) It has been shocking from the very start. I'm really not someone who complains but I've spent more time emailing and calling this useless company these past months. Extra items added onto our order, missing deliveries, broken items, items out of stock, no communication, their approved fitters trying to scam us!!! And that is just the start of it. It has hands down been one of the worse things we have decided to do. We will 100% never use Wickes again and we will never step foot in theirs stores. Absolutely disgusting customer service and no one knows anything or how to do anything if one specific person isn't in store.

After initial design and ordering of kitchen everything went downhill fast.
The specialist works are a minefield and a rip off, I had to complain to obtain moneyback from overcharging.
The installation took 50 days from start to finish to complete due to being sent an incompetent and arrogant kitchen fitter from Wickes. He caused property damage and caused stress to my wife and myself and was responsible for most of the delays. The electrical tradesmen he used were also incompetent and tried to charge us extra when they tested the wrong circuit, this was pointed out to them as I am an electrical engineer, no apology came from them. The amount of work I did to remedy the incompetence of all of there work is a joke.
Customer services was informed of their failings and photographs sent to prove this.
Unfortunately they insisted on sending him back to carryout all the mistakes he had done.
IF YOU BUY A KITCHEN FROM WICKES FIT IT YOURSELF OR GO ELSEWHERE. NEVER AGAIN.

What a nightmare. Bought my kitchen and bathroom last September and was left with no fridge freezer for 3 wks and no sink for 3 wks. Had to buy a small fridge but they did refund. The bathroom was horrendous. Fitter was fantastic, can recommend UrbanMarmalade. I was sent the wrong equipment, had to source vanity unit, sink and shower screen. Again refunded but I had already paid for these and they won’t answer my calls or ring me back. Appalling service. Why give a start date when equipment is missing. They blamed it on Corona. Would definitely NOT recommend Wickes. Totally incompetent. I am now approximately £500 out of pocket and left with a shower screen and 2 bathroom cabinets which they will not collect. If you want a lovely bathroom go direct to UrbanMarmalade. Chris will design it and source goods. Will not be going back there.

worst experience ever I hate my kitchen , waiting for it to fall to bits as so many parts left over. Designer failed to listen to us, no dishwasher, wrong sink, no LED lights. Not Value for money as the bits i thought I was paying for never arrived. Oops we nearly had no cooker left to source that ourselves got it within 24 hrs from AO much better than the wickes one and matched the Kitchen. Pity the refund for the cooker took forever to arrive back with us, good job I had funds to purchase a cooker before we had the refund. DONT USE THE DUMP
