lol, got the polite, extremely helpful receptionist yesterday who told me the morning bus would be resuming on 19th feb...got the ignorant sarcastic one today when enquiring about the afternoon 😂😂😂 the previous review made me feel better

Fabulous service. Lady went over and above to help with retrieving swimming bag left by my daughter. Lady found it at another depot and organised collection at Downpatrick depot. A first class service with polite and helpful staff, thank you!

I phoned the bus station today asking if they had found my son's sports bag. The lady at the other end of the phone was both curt and sarcastic. When I told her my sons name was not on the bag she responded with 'Oh that's very helpful' in a sarcastic and dismissive tone. Not great public service. An unpleasant experience talking to translink representative.

I, along with 3 other people, sttod for over 2 hours today at The Downe Hospital, waiting for an non-existent Town Service Bus. Not 1 Bus arrived in that 2 hour time frame, despite a phone call to the Downpatrick Office.
We eventually called a Taxi. The Driver informed us that this is a regular occurrence. He has to pick people up on a regular basis due to the lack of the Town Service Bus picking up at The Downe Hospital.
Why encourage people to use Public Transport when it is so unreliable.
