Where is my door

Promised last year August we would have new doors fitted on our estate, then to be told would be this year end of January over a two week period, Well its now February and heard nothing. There was a change over from Keepmoat who were never that good to Shellen who have also so far unimpressed me. I rang up Shellen and was told someone would ring back to give details about the doors, my neighbour also did same and phone Shellen, neither of us received a return call. Is this still going ahead or have we simply been forgotten about.
