poor sight test

i went to have my eye test some months ago and was told i had eye damage i the optician that i had had a cataract done but was able to get glass i had my glass to the new percriptoin after about 8 weeks i went back as they were not giving very good vision in my right eye very bad i was told that all i can expect thats all, being unable to get any help from them i had my eyes retested at vision express & was told by the proper eye tester that in fact it is the cataract and they will book me a eye hospital appointment.

Awful

My elderly grandmother has been to Second sight opticians for years and years and today was turned away for being 10 minutes late,despite being unable to see very well and really needing that appointment.
We no longer live in the area and had quite a journey to make.
Disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. They refused to see her. Poor thing can hardly see and really needed that appointment.
Needless to say we won’t be returning. Don’t use this opticians.
Not the same since new people took over.
Such a shame!
