Parcelforce

It should be no stars or minus. Agree with the last review they are liars! They said they attempted to make a delivery on the 18th no one and supposedly left a card (ha ha the usual story - no card).
I have contacted HP where I purchased the PC from and they keep promising delivery. Have tried to update on the APP but it does not allow updates. Contacted HP to ask for a re-direction their comment was can not change address (the app states you can) - they came back with the comment it could not be changed as it was a different address. This is not the first time this has happened - I got a text for one delivery saying they had attempted to deliver I was actually in at the time and was watching out for them - got a text to say they tried to deliver no-one in they were no where near.
They certainly should not be associated with the word Royal as they are a disgrace. Makes you wonder who they are working for and trying to ruin this country.

Parcelforce was supposed to deliver my package today.. (27th sept) it was a laptop ordered from the uk hp website.. it was ordered on the 22nd of september.! (supposed 2 day delivery window) the courier claimed he tried to deliver it at 11.28am.. (they gave me a time between 11am and 12am) he didnt try, because I was sitting outside my house from 10:55 until 12:30, it started to rain so I went inside and waited for the bell to ring.. no ring by 1pm so I went online to check the tracking details.. whereupon I discovered the courier had lied about trying to deliver it.. apart from my full address details, they had my postcode and phone number, no call and no attempt to deliver... its impossible to speak to a person with parcelforce, they use an automated option system, with four options.. none of which I wanted..
but I opted for their "re-delivery" option.. to the same address, will come tomorrow..
FAT chance.. if it doesn't.. I will cancel the order.. parcelforce are SH#T.!
