DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE - NO SECURITY IN THEIR SYSTEM, NO-ONE SCANNING ITEMS IN OR OUT, THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE ANYTHING IS....AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HARD TO GET THROUGH TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE, PEOPLE NOT EMPOWERED TO DO ANYTHING, NO-ONE CALLING BACK

As we are selling many goods - we are using parcelforce service quite a lot.
The people working in PARCELFORCE READING - worst I have ever come across. They are siting behind wall ( with window so you can see them) and waiting couple minutes so clients gets fed up. You can even see a guy with MANAGER vest on - so no point to talk to anyone there.
Hope Parcelforce Central will sort it out as these people working there don't care at all.

Very poor service.

Very bad service. Waited in all day for collection and they didn’t turn up. Have to take parcel myself.
