Paid import tax on Monday. Usually Next Day/Scheduled, nothing more specific in response online. Saturday now. No change in tracking. Impossible to speak to local depot. Would give zero review if possible.

Parcelforce Cleveland Depot is hopeless,

Would give ZERO if I could. I'm the sender.

Hopeless depot. Hopeless tracking. Parcel taken to recipient who was out. No card left. Taken to a post office. Apparently a second delivery was attempted (by whom I'm not certain). but then the parcel was returned to the Cleveland depot never to be seen again. The recipient hasn't received it and it hasn't been returned to sender.

Thanks very much Parcelforce for your totaly inept service and complete lack of parcel tracking!

Agree with other reviewers, absolutely terrible service,Can’t phone your local depo call keeps cutting off.Delivery was for a Friday (payed for) And no delivery Monday when (at last) i got a human after 30 mins talking to a machine,They are talking to local depo to see if they can FIND IT,

Worst delivery driver ever

The rudest delivery driver ever he stuck the parcel in the doorway and said he couldn’t go any further, not even a foot on the mat to push the heavy parcel in as I said to him I have a bad heart condition and cannot move the parcel, being on my own now for a number of days I cannot secure my door properly I have the drivers name and was from the Cleveland depot. The attitude was appalling and has left me badly shaken, there appears to be no way of getting to talk to a real person in parcel force so giving them this terrible review is my only option

F'n useless!!

Sat in all day today waiting for a collection and no one turned up, waste of time and my day off ! I knew I should have gone with someone else !! I will be cancelling and going to a company I can trust, useless lot I'd say a lot worse if this bit would look let me !
