Arranged a collection, first collection not made website says they will collect next day - no you have to log in and arrange a new collection, the second collection not collected - staff unhelpful it is down to customers to arrange new collections when they fail - a waste of money and a waste of time. Use UPS

Have been using this service for around 6 months now for posting quite large items. Very competitive prices and a pleasure to deal with at the depot.
As yet have encountered no problems , my parcels have always been delivered on time with satisfied customers.

THEY DO NOT TURN UP

Booked collection 24 hour delivery and waited in all day to hand over the parcel but they did not turn up. I paid extra for this delivery and now the person will not receive on the day they requested. As a regular customer I am disgusted at being treated this way.

Disgraceful Customer Service

The customer service representative 'Annette' is rude, abrasive. She absolutely refuses to allow the caller/customer to speak in complaint, as if a personal attack on herself....then simply hangs up on the call.

This woman is an utter disgrace, I certainly would not employ her within my own organisation, I strongly suggest that Parcelforce Deeside investigate this matter before you lose ALL other paying business customers.

Yes I don't know how they keep their jobs the customer service is appalling. I asked to speak to the manager and was shocked that he was even RUDER. Have complained to head office.

do not use if you want a parcel sent to the highlands. Shocking how slow they take to deliver.
