Zero out of 5 stars, lying about missed delivery attempts

If there was a zero star option, I'd select it. I've been waiting for a Vinted parcel since Saturday. I was out when the first delivery was attempted, so they tried again today. I've been here all day and have just had notification that the 2nd delivery failed. BUT NOBODY CALLED ROUND. This prompted me to check my Ring doorbell footage. No missed delivery. What about Saturday, I didn't think to check then. Guess what... NO MISSED DELIVERY THEN EITHER. Someone is telling porky pies. Driving a van around aimlessly but not actually attempting delivery anywhere. Worse than useless.

Shocking service an ebay order on 24h guaranteed service sent on Tuesday its now friday and being told it may arrive some time next week. Excuses are a typo in the address one day, then its a delay backlog at the depo, yet the tracking says someone has asked for it not to be delivered today. Wow and I thought EVRI was bad

disaster company, should be boycotted

literally the worst parcel delivery service ever, leaves a card to arrange redelivery, online redelivery system doesnt work, says to down load app, app recognises tracking number to track, redelivery aprt of app doesnt recognise the exact same number, phone system is automated, no possible way to speak to a human being. now still dont have my very valuable parcel, and no way to get it,

Useless - delivery person did not knock or ring the doorbell

The delivery driver - Danielle - was useless!! Did not even knock on the door or ring my doorbell, I mean what kind of delivery driver doesnt even ring the doorbell or knock loudly on the door - I have it all on my doorbell camera - unbelievable - I have been waiting for this parcel since Friday lat week when it got to the Basingstoke depot, it is now Wednesday the following week - All she did was pull on the door flap a few times, you can barely hear that form inside the house, you would have top be right near the front door!! What a pathetic attempt to deliver my parcel honestly, I could not believe what I was seeing!!! I only saw my camera footage after she had left, with my parcel!!!
