Long Live Amazon

What a useless company.
My elderly parents had a burst radiator two weeks ago. That is two week in a damp cottage with the real threat of the current Coronavirus. No heating or hot water.
After a bad experience with B&Q in Evesham with the radiator not being ordered then being lost a local builder recommended Orillo.
The radiator isn’t a standard size so they expected for it to be ordered it. After a wait of 6 days with no contact they have ordered from Amazon. No wonder local companies like this go against the wall when they employ people that aren’t even competent enough to place a basic order.

the two lads were really good at there job and have great knowledge.

on the other hand i started out in the showroom and the guy in there was really no help what so ever, it was almost like he couldn't be bothered to listen or deal with my queries that i had...
