Be cautious

Product didn't do the job, when I contacted then got told user error in a mice way! If ordering, make sure you get a copy first of the manual and see what it states it can actually do or where you can use it. The £50 you pay to return soon racks up, when they say what parts are damaged. Even if you admitted to one part, they find lots more! They video opening it on return but it stops and starts. I've learnt the hard way. Be totally certain you totally understand what you are getting and what it can do.

Hi Linda Hoyle, We are sorry the chair wasn't suitable for your needs. We ask customers to report any accidental damage to us prior to return. In this instance your chair had a cracked controller screen and numerous scratches to the chair itself which we recorded in our unboxing return video. We always issue a full refund when items are returned in the same immaculate condition in which they were sent.
