Absolutely disgusting customer service.

I’ve been trying to sort some out since Tuesday. I’ve gone on my computer and I’ve done everything what Microsoft is tried to tell me to do but no one will contact me about the issue but I’ve got I’ve paid so much money on my Xbox my password I can’t get into it. I’ve been hacked into. I’ve been knocked out my Microsoft account because I tried to get into my recovery now I’ve asked help for Microsoft and I’m still waiting for them to contact me and no one is actually contact me whatsoever Supporting that you ring Microsoft and you get a computer instead of talking to a real person that’s where they go wrong and the thing is it might be a big firm but the thing is sooner or later just gonna go downhill because you’re not resolving problems what people are having

I spoke to one of Microsoft's advisors regarding an XBox controller for a Christmas present on 14 December 2021. He answered my questions and said he would put the order through. I paid extra for Express delivery. I paid by Paypal but Microsoft did not ask Paypal for the payment until 20 December, six days after I had ordered it. My parcel was dispatched on 21 December and I was lucky to receive it on 24 December in time for Christmas. I was very disappointed in this service and would order their products from another source in future.
