Their homepage advertises the service at £9.99, but when you click through it changes to £14.99. I emailed to point out the discrepancy and simply asked which price was correct.

Instead of answering the question, they replied asking for my phone number and included a link to their website which they felt should have answers to all the questions I might have. Given I was clearly emailing about pricing on their website, I obviously already had the link and was obviously emailing with a question that the website could in fact not answer. Asking for my phone number also seemed unnecessary when the original question could have been answered in a single sentence by email.

I took this as an indication of inefficient customer service and decided to use another company instead.
