Composite front door lock malfunction

I had an issue with my composite front door this evening where the door would not lock/unlock so I gave Paul a call and a few quick questions Paul knew exactly what the problem was, I took the problem parts over to him within 15 mins and he managed to replace them all leaving us peaceful minded all after hours of his business opening times.
Paul was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and very accommodating to my every need, a great guy delivering a great service would definitely recommend to whoever has door lock issues thanks again Paul.

He seemed nice at first but his true personality quickly came through and I found myself dealing with a "David Brent" character who was condescending and cringeworthy. He had no qualms about charging me a "little extra" even though I explained I needed my locks changing due to domestic violence. Maybe I came across as vulnerable and easy prey? who knows. He charged £300 for less than an hours work (he charged an extra £50 to drive back to his shop 10 minutes away and come back again with a tool) and tried to justify this "extra charge" by blaming me when in fact in reality he just wanted an excuse to add more to the bill. I got him from the reviews here so decided to leave my review and experience.

Amazing company and service

My daughter locked herself out of her flat this morning. I called this company. Paul reassured me that he would be there as soon as possible. He also telephoned my daughter to reassure her he was on his way. When he reached there and got her back into the flat he called me and put her on the phone to let me know all was well.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much.
