Called Keytek to sort my patio door lock over the Christmas period as the installers were on holiday until the New Year and I was unable to lock my patio door.Very pleased with the response time.Engineer dismantled the patio door lock and told me it was broken which I had already worked out for myself hence the call out. Engineer informed me a new lock would be required and would have to be ordered. I had assumed that the engineer would have carried spares or a replacement lock.As the lock was under guarantee I decided to contact the installers in the New Year to sort it out.
The Engineers visit to tell me my lock was broken cost me £106.80

Front Door Lock Repair

Called out as our front door wouldn't lock. Man came out within a few hours and sorted out the problem. Very nice man and would recommend for speedy service.

I was unable to get into my room at work because the lock had stuck. Keytek were out within the hour and had sorted my lock in a jiffy. There were even 5 keys with the new lock - I was expecting to have to take a trip to the key cutters to buy some more. And they asked if we had any other problems whilst they were on site (good for them an us!) Not the cheapest but the service was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again
