Harringtons

I have just rent one house with my friends. For most of the time the agents contact with us very fast when we have problems. I hope that everything go well in the next year living this house and we won’t be wrongly charged!

Throughout the process, I found myself periodically ignored. There were multiple instances where my inquiries went unanswered for extended periods. When I did receive responses, they were often contradictory, leaving me confused and uncertain about the next steps. The contract mentions an inventory which I requested on several ocassions but was told there isnt one they can send me. The absolute joke is they themselves have replied to negative reviews advising its important to check the inventory!
Based on my firsthand experience and numerous similar experiences shared by others, I would strongly advise avoiding Harringtons at all costs. If I could give negative stars, I would. The lack of consistent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail made this an incredibly disappointing experience.

One of the worst experiences with lettings. I was charged 125£ pounds for a bed I did not break (left it in the same stete it was when i moved in), there was plenty of mould in both bathrooms and additionally I was falsely accused of smoking inside.

I gave them a house that I had failed to let myself. They advised me on what to do to get it let, helped me find a decent builder (thank God!), and then they let the house. What more could you ask for! They turned my liability back into an asset again.

A strong recommend.

Letting agents aren't known for their integrity, but I found this company to be incredibly unprofessional and they work with some incredibly shady landlords. I wouldn't go near them again.
