Good, clear and straight forward service

Hackme sorted a problem with my laptop and it was a pleasure dealing with them. After speaking with them I dropped my pc in for diagnostics and they explained clearly what would happen and how long it would take. They sorted the problem at a cost of £50 and fixed my pc earlier than quoted. They even put a temporary free antivirus on for when I picked the pc up. Very happy and would recommend.

Very poor service.

Called up about having my IPhone 6S repaired, they said to bring in the phone on Wednesday because that's when they are getting a new batch of phone screens, brought it in on Tuesday only to be turned away because all of the screens have been "taken up" Bloody ridiculous! Horrible customer service. If I need to book it in actually tell me that rather than tell me to come in on Wednesday morning.

Very untrue i have used this company for many years me my family and friends have had many repairs done here especially phone repairs, if you take your phone in on the day they tell you not the day before or after they will do it, its no good missing the day they say because someone else might want a repair. its also not there fault if screens are not in stock if you go in on the actual day. also the customer service is fantastic they have done many on the counter repairs for me free of charge.

These guys really know what they are doing. Brought a laptop in recently for a diagnostic and whilst I had to pay for this service, I was more than happy with the results. You really do get what you pay for. Defo recommend.

These guys know what they are doing. Comparing their prices, they were slightly more expensive but they offered such a good all round repair service, I have complete faith in their abilities and trust them with my next set of repairs. You really do get what you pay for in this life.
