Always a pleasure to shop at Essentials. Lingerie. Yvonne goes out of her way to make you are happy with your purchase. And will always get your size and send it to you if you can't get into the store.

I was desperate to find a nice bra that actually fitted properly, who'd think it was that hard!
I was shopping in Preston and remembered about Essentials, which I found easily enough only to discover it had closed. I needn't have worried the most helpful lady was inside, who opened the shop and welcomed me in.
She offered to measure me properly and after trying a number on, found something that not only makes my shape look great, it's also super comfy, never once did I feel rushed.
It goes without saying I've now found my go to lingerie shop and I'll be making many more visits. Thank you Essentials 😊

I’ve bought a couple of items here now and I love it. Personal service, knowledgeable lady and I travel some distance to shop here. Recently brought my teenage daughter for her first bra and the service was wonderful.

Owing to Covid and family committments , I have not been able to visit Preston city centre and revisit "Essentials" to purchase new bras. However today's visit was not a disappointment. A very warm greeting from the shop owner despite her being occupied with two separate customers. They left happily after purchasing their lingerie. Whilst I was being served , another customer entered, obviously well known to the owner. I am very happy with the level of service which was carried out very professionally with the minimum of fuss. My details were taken for further items to be ordered and I felt the proprietor knew her stock and suitability for each customer. Well done- a jewel of a lady and a lovely shop.
