Following a failure of the hard-drive on my 3 year old Dell computer, I delivered the unit to e-computers just after 10:00 am. I received a call before lunch to discuss some issues and options, and the PC was back on my desk by 17:00 the same day. Not just with a new drive, but also with enhanced capability. It is now lightening fast and performing better than it did when it was new.
Prior to this I had had contact with Dell technical support but that sorry story requires far too much typing space to go into here! Suffice it to say that going forward, if I have a problem, e-computers will be the first number I call.
Technical expertise matched by a very professional premises and outstanding service.

Nice warm shop.

I have visted the shop on a few occasions, mainly for repairs.
First time I took my dell tower in for a health check. I was told that I will hear from them within 2-3 days.
Had a phone call the 2nd day saying that everything was fine with the PC apart from it was lacking in the RAM department.
Upgraded my RAM to 4GB and I noticed the difference straight away.
Have also had my daughters laptop repaired same day. The power jack had snapped and the charger had melted slightly.
Dropped it off first thing and asked if i could collect laptop the following day as my daughter was heading back down to University.
I had a phone call 4 hours later, New Power Jack and Sony Charger supplied. SAME DAY.
We were over the moon.
Cannot thank the two gentlemen enough that i delt with.

Fantastically kitted out shop, it's worth even going down for a look, my partner and I love the memorabilia in the front counter, Smashing Guys and great impartial advice that made for an absolute pleasant sale.
Thank you VERY much E-Computers.
P.S – bring back the fish tank!!! ;)
