Absolutely brilliant, thank you so much. Very quick driving to me and figured out exactly what the problem was. Very well priced and the solution was found easily.

My mate needed assistance as keys were locked inside his car. He was in exwick and needed to get home to Honiton and the only way home was his car. When he called this business, they said they'd call back in 20 minutes. 30 minutes later he rung them back instead and they then said they were busy. Original quote was £60 and then when my mate called back he pushed it up to £85. The guy on Da phone thought it was a joke and didn't take us seriously. It was a disgrace, theirs more chance of Exeter city winning the euros than this guy staying in business. This is suppose to be a 24hr business but clearly aren't. The guy was a joke and doesn't deserve any business from anyone. Devvo went shopping and locked his keys in the car like, he then said it was a joke. I'd rather get a window cleaner to look at my car than this guy, absolutely appalling. A guy from lock around the clock was out within 5 mins of the call and sorted the job out for a very good price, I'd go their instead if I were you.

Called Exeter & East Devon Security at 9am in the morning to fix a broken lock on my front door and they were with me within 2 hours. Turned out it was user error and I'd accidentally done something to extra-lock the door. Fixed within 30 seconds.

They refused to accept any money and remained cheerful throughout, in horrible weather, and even put some lubricant in the lock to make the key turn easier. Highly recommended if you're a complete lock novice like me!
