Lovely local florist

5
Very easy to order a bouquet for delivery or click and collect. I collected and had a nose around the shop, some really lovely giftware and a chocolate counter too! Flowers were beautiful and great quality, biggest lilies I've seen in ages.

I took in some flowers for a neighbour, I thought the flowers were so lovely that I ordered some for my mum who's birthday was coming up. Shes very fussy but she was over the moon with the flowers and I was pleased she liked them. Couldn't fault the service

I ordered a bouquet for my mums birthday, and when she received them she was thrilled to bits. I found the sales 'girl' to be very friendly and pleasant. Overall I am very pleased with the services which was provided to me :)

Rubbish

I didn't think that this kind of rubbish service still existed in the UK. The sales girl I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more unhelpful if she tried. I went to Sage Garden and was delighted both with the service and their willingness to help.

We feel this single review is very unfair! We work very hard on our customer services and we rairly if ever get complaints on this service and the services we supply. I am saddend to find this review posted so prominently, where everyone can believe this to be truth.

This review is based on my experience. I have no interest in reporting bad service rather joy in reporting good. As a customer, there is no need for me to put up with poor manners or lack of basic social skills so as it is my right to receive the appropriate attention when asking questions relevant to my order it is also my right to write the appropriate review.
