Cycle King

Best shop in Harrow very happy with service great team work there..

Really grateful for your help, had to make an adjustment to my child's bike and it was done for free. Very unusual these days! Thank you.

Great customer service. Liam the mechanic was fantastic and did a great job making my son’s bike useable. Fast service, definitely recommend!

Popped in to inquire about a service on my e-bike, gentleman there ask me to bring the bike into the shop then stood 6ft away as I struggled to hold the door open and drag the bike in, just stood there and watched, it wouldn’t have taken much effort to get the door. Asked about him having a look at my hub geared bike and was told they don’t service Shimano hub gears. Ok fine. If the mechanic hasn’t got the know how to fix certain types of bicycles I’ll go elsewhere. I just found it odd that the mechanic wouldn’t have acquired that knowledge. Shame because I’ve just bought this bike and it’s the most local place to me.

I contacted Andy , by phone in the store , he was very busy , he dropped what he was doing and gave me his full attention , I was inquiring about a new battery for my electric cycle a whisper wayfarer , within seconds , he had the price’s delivery times and all the information I needed , a five star service and a great cycle shop , I will not go anywhere else now I know Andy and cycle king . A big thank you . ANDY .
