Colin the locksmith

Colin was, quite simply, great. After my initial email he turned up the next day and sorted out what turned out to be a complex problem with a upvc door. I can strongly recommend his locksmith service.

Great service, problem solved.

Colin was swift to come to our home to fix a patio door which we were unable to open. He was very quick, efficient and explained what the problem was and corrected it. He is courteous and friendly and we would feel very confident to call him again if needed.

Going the extra mile

Our back door would not open because of a broken lock. Colin came at short notice and opened the door immediately without causing any damage. Unfortunately, the lock was an obsolete pattern that he needed to order specially. He returned the following day and spent two hours making the lock fit and function perfectly again, all for the price of the initial call-out plus the cost of parts. Before leaving, he adjusted the fit of the door and cleaned it inside and out.

From talking to him, I am sure that he would never leave a customer stuck, however difficult the job. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to friends and family.
