Please AVOID this place! They will say that you failed without showing the results. BE careful. I done again in another test centre and was completely different..

Warning to anyone taking CIPS exams: if you cannot wear a mask you will be barred from taking the exam. It does not matter if you are exempt or if it's no longer the law, they will just prevent you from taking the exam.

This organisation discriminates against anyone who cannot wear masks (even if they are exempt under the Equalities Act for medical, religious or belief reasons etc.).

The lady working there is extremely hostile towards everyone and treats them like they are a biohazard. Also, she does not believe that she needs to follow UK law and had admitted to making up laws that apply only to her business (she said "well, it's law here"- this is not true).

The staff refused to allowed me to sit my CIPS exam and are now threatening to report me to CIPS for not wearing a mask, even though the government has clearly stated that educational establishments cannot ban students who cannot wear masks.

Very bad service and hard and difficult questions I'll give 0/10 for all staff

I took my life in uk test at this centre and i found everyone very professional and efficient . All information was provided in a precise manner and they were following all SOP's related to covid pandemic.
From check in to exit everything went very smooth without any hassle.

Visited this centre recently for my test, staff acted as if you have come from a virus zone. Not so friendly.
