From my first contact with Yolande to the move, I received exceptional service. Thanks to Yolande, all of my questions were politely and promptly answered; excellent work!! The removalists were excellent, speedy but cautious, competent and courteous, and the list could go on. I am grateful that WhatRemovals recommend this company.

Not recommended.

Totally let down by this company. I reserved a day for my move whilst contracts were exchanged. I was told this could be held for 24 hours. I said it might not be exactly 24 hours as I was waiting for confirmation from solicitors. My 24 hours ended at 1:30pm. I was still waiting for confirmation and working. I was told at 4pm the day was no longer available as they’d taken another booking. Id have at least expected the opportunity to book and pay for the day before it was released to someone else. Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and the last thing you need during an already stressful time. I told them I’d leave ‘justified reviews’ and then received an email saying it was a threat!!
I went with this company as it was local and gave a competitive quote. Sometimes paying more means you get a better service.

We are very sorry this lady is unhappy but believe the negative feedback completely unjustified and feedback like this is simply unfair on reputable businesses like ours - When she asked us to 'hold' her potential move date for her, before she actually booked the move, we advised we would only be holding it until 1.30 pm the following day and followed this up with an email making it very clear this (and no longer) was what we had agreed to do. Had she tried to book the move at any time up to 1.30 pm the following day, indeed up to 4pm that day as it happens, she would have been able to do so, but we received no communication from her at all in that time, let alone any to indicate that she was still wanting to book despite the deadline expiring. We are sorry we were not able to help her but we we were very clear in our communication, even to the extent we rang her within a minute of taking the final booking for the day she had wanted, so she was kept fully up to date.

Just FABULOUS!!

We used Basingstoke Moves for our move to the area. They were fabulous from the first phonecall to the minute they left us. Very professional and friendly. Nothing was broken during the move, they were efficient and quick at what they did. They were on time and showed they really care about their customers. Will definitely use in the future and would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Now we have pretty much settled in we would like to thank Basingstoke Moves for the excellent service from the initial quotations, the changes we made and the actual day of the move. The guys were extremely polite, helpful and quick. We couldn't believe they didn't even stop for a cup of tea whilst unloading! We will definitely recommend you to friends and family locally
