Appliances with internal leaks have the faulty section of pipe removed, its repiped then pressure tested with nitrogen for further leaks then refoamed.
appliance has been prepared for foam,
Once foamed the appliance is left to cure for a few days, all excess is removed, and the back is then replaced.
All tested and ready to be returned to the customer and guranteed.
As these internal leaks are some of the most difficult repairs to undertaken, all other Electrical, Computerised or non cooling faults are easily resolved,

Paid £85 for visit and he told me an extra part needs to be ordered. Didn't pick up my phone after. After seeing the reviews on google I realised he is very unreliable. I wish I saw the reviews earlier..

Terrible Service! No replies. Ghosted

I had booked an NAC repair for my Caple Oven. The engineer assigned the job was Donovan Webley from AllElectrix. He suggested that the light bulb needs replacing. I paid him £85 and confirmed with him that he would come later to replace the bulb.

Later, he messaged that if he ordered the bulb there would be a 23% mark up whereas if I ordered it he would come and replace it. After that, I messaged him many times to show him the bulb I ordered and also messaged and called to ask him to come and replace the bulb. He didn't reply. Eventually I followed up through the NAC customer service after which the engineer replied and said he would visit on Saturday 16th Nov between 11am and 1pm. I was waiting (and had also changed my plans for this visit) however no one turned up. Now again there are no responses to my messages.

So overall my time was wasted and I got no benefit out of this. Terrible experience. Won't be using again.

Freezer repair

This company is a total scam , he has no idea what he is doing , tried 14 time to repair our freezer and still has it ,20 weeks on , dose t pick up the phone and misses deadlines and return dates that he has set , total waste of time don’t use if you want to see your appliance again also changes parts that don’t need changing

con man

Do not trust this man Donovan Wesley he is a con artist took the money, said we have to wait for the part to come in, a month later, he stated that the part is no longer made and refused to give the part number, strangely enough when I called Miele they said they had the part, why it took him a month to tell me the part is no longer made which is a lie and all I can state is do not trust this con man
