Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Communication
1Later, Donovan messaged me saying that if he ordered the bulb, there would be a 23% markup, but if I ordered it myself, he would return to replace it. I ordered the bulb as requested and messaged him several times, but despite my efforts, he did not respond to my calls or messages.
After no response, I escalated to NAC customer service. The engineer finally replied and promised to visit on Saturday, November 16th, between 11am and 1pm. I rearranged my plans, but no one showed up. Since then, I've received no further communication.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I received no service or resolution, and I won't be using this service again.
