As far as I'm concerned, the best pizzas and pasta in Hull. Amazing quality, really fresh!

Fantastic choice of cocktails and beers and a really good atmosphere.

The food was fantastic, the best Indian in the city, but the wait for our starters was almost an hour. The service from our waitress was brilliant.

This company came to my house today to clean my enterprise hire car's interior as it was dirty and smelt of stale smoke. They arrived at 9am on the dot on a Saturday and spent an hour cleaning the interior using some tools I've never seen before! They filled my vehicle with smoke which apparently totally neutralized the smell inside. I've driven it this morning and it smells and looks as though I've driven it straight off the forecourt. Cannot recommend enough, would definitely use again.

I travel from Willerby every month to get my hair cut at ACDC by Joe. He is a top bloke and a fantastic hair dresser. Cannot recommend him enough!!

Great tour by the official members of staff around the iconic tower of london. Fantastic.

My first visit to the ice bar is one I would definitely recommend to other visitors to London just for the experience. I would say however that the service from the bar man (in the ice bar not the waiting area) was horrendous. Clearly harassed by something, whether he felt rushed, stressed or was just cold, he extremely direct and was not pleasant in any way. Shame really. We left early rather than buying extra drinks.

Went to the Big Easy last night for a meal and the atmosphere was incredible as soon as we walked in. The food and service we also received was amazing. Would definitely return.

We came her before a gig at Hyde Park ready to meet our group. It was boiling hot and the outdoor area was obstructed by scaffolding. We then asked if we could have a seat for 4 and as the other members of our party weren't with us we were refused and we were told we had to wait until they arrived and then had to queue again!! We then went to the bar and we were told we weren't able to sit down to have a drink and also that they didn't serve alcohol until midday. This poor service was going on alongside loud private jokes between staff. When the female member of staff was telling us how we couldn't be seated until our whole party arrived, she abruptly stopped 'serving' us to celebrate a colleague who had arrived after running some sort of 10K etc with a medal. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere.

However, when we returned after the show, this female member of staff was not working and the team both on the door and serving our table were absolutely Fantastic!

Inconsistent.

We had to wait 45 minutes for drinks and then over an hour for food. Then they miscalculated our bill to not include the 2 course offer, I had to correct. Staff were extremely short with us and every time we asked for something (a menu, drinks, etc) it was met with sighs and exasperation.

However, when the food did come it was incredible.
