Used to go to this place regularly as was a short walk up the road from where I lived in Mount Pleasant.

Pillars near the bar can get annoying as in the way.

Drinks nice. Pricey though. £5+ a pint. A sign of the times. One of Reading's 'trendier' bars and good for meeting up with friends or an after-work drink.

Considering it's central location, it has a lovely outside space with benches, plants and music.

It also has heaters for the cooler weather.

Jukebox inside - and always have had good friendly service here.

Will pop back in for a cold 🍺 when next visiting friends.
