Zing Homes Ltd was established in 2013 and has become Swindon's largest interdependent HMO specialist, offering a corporate service with a local agent feeling.

The director; Mr Rodney Sharp has worked within the estate agent industry for 15 years and applied his knowledge and skills to build Zing Homes Ltd.

The portfolio is forever increasing and we currently have around 175 rooms across Swindon and 43 rooms in Chippenham.

New rooms coming on in Trowbridge, Calne and Melksham early 2020.

As well as many stylish and fresh studio apartments and one bedroom flats.

We have a further one, two and three bedroom homes in Swindon and Chippenham.

So we can cater for all tenants needs.

We have rooms to suit all requirements from £300 per month; up to the exclusive room's at £800 per month.

All room rental figures are inclusive of all bills, broadband and cleaning services.

All new tenants will undergo full referencing, accompanied viewings, move in's and out's, video inventory and all deposits will be lodge with DPS on single lets.
