Very good my laptop is fixed

We have cobbled together our systems and grown our team over the years and we’ve given minimum attention to cyber security or to organising our file storage.

As a result we have had poor password control, an absence of secure features like two-factor authentication and a whole host of other smaller holes in our security.

We’ve also developed a monstrous amount of data and files which are strewn across Dropbox and Google Drive making access and retrieval confusing and doubling up on subscription costs.

Dave Barnes is fantastic. His calm and methodical approach and his reassuring nature coupled with his huge knowledge for all things IT have been just what we needed.

Dave îs undertaking a full tidy up and has advised us well on security tweaks that will close the door to would be hackers.

I purchased new computer and phoned Dave at WV Computers and asked if he would set it up for me which he did and transferred the data from my old computer on to my new one, he was very professional and reasonably priced. I would use Dave again for any future computer jobs. 10/10

One of the disadvantages of being self-employed is having not 'tech support' that is where Dave comes in. Friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and very responsive. He has helped me out on several occasions and I can thoroughly recommend him.
