Unit Clean was founded in 1985 by Sean Unit.
Our Company initially started as a cleaning company for newly built houses across Northamptonshire for companies such as Bloor Homes and Wimpey Homes, to name a few. The Company expanded from these builders' cleans into cleaning the Show Homes, and then onto Office Cleaning for numerous industrial sites in and around Daventry.
In the late eighties, Sean merged the Company with his brother, who had been window cleaning various domestic and commercial properties. This merger allowed Unit Clean to expand its list of services to its growing customer base.
Apple Services was purchased in the early nineties, bringing with it many cleaning contracts in Northampton. Since then, contract cleaning has formed a large part of the Unit Clean business.
