Trutex Wolverhampton

I came into store a couple days go to get my sons school uniform. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received the lady that served me with blonde hair was really great with my son she got him everything he needed and didn’t hesitate to go down stairs a few time’s to check stock availability. After we was finished she then passed us onto another member of staff to put our times through the till was very polite. All the staff that was in the store that day was none stop trying to help all customers as best as they possibly could. Excellent service from my point of view will defiantly be returning again

Third time I’ve waited for over 1.5 hours to get to the front .
One day it’s cash only another it’s have you got change we’ve got no change !
Still no jumpers in stock

I rang this shop, with just 3 days before my daughter goes back to high school in a desperate bid to try and locate black trousers that I’d previously ordered with another shop at the end of July, and here we are in September with no trousers!!!! I spoke to a lady called Tammy and she couldn’t do enough for me, even ringing other stores to locate the trousers I desperately needed. She did manage to locate one pair at a shop local to me and even asked them to reserve them for me. What amazing customer service.
