Always friendly and helpful

I have always found the service here outstanding.
I have brought my watch in a few times over the yrs. for new battery. Always very friendly and helpful. I actually forgot to pick up my watch there after shopping today! I was told it would be put in the safe until I could collect it.
Never had a problem at all with the repairs etc.

Dreadful

Dreadful customer service, one of the worst I have ever encountered. The man was arrogant, rude and was not listening to my enquiry properly. would not recommend.
