We decided to renew our old alarm system as we were starting to have multiple problems with it. We checked out the reviews for TSS, which were excellent 5 stars, so decided to give Micheal a call.
He came round promptly the following day, advised what we needed, with no extra sales patter.
We were pretty desperate to have a working alarm so Micheal said he would squeeze us in the following week if we were happy with his quote. True to his word a very reasonable quote came through the same day and within a few days he came to install.
Micheal was very a friendly, professional guy who clearly knows his trade, respects his clients and their property.
Micheal and his colleague did a brilliant, clean and tidy job at a very reasonable price. We were so pleased with the service Micheal provided, from first contact to finish that we have already recommend him to family and have asked him to do an annual service for us.
We highly recommend this company.

Fast same day response and friendly service

Same day response and friendly service to replace my house alarm battery. Particularly appreciated on a Sunday morning when I thought I would have to listen to it through until Monday morning. Would recommend.

Mike and his team were excellent.
With a broken internal PIR sensor they replaced the unit within minutes of arrival.
Extremely affable and reasonably priced compared to competitors.
I would definitely recommend using their services.
