Worst customer service

I have bought a second hand iphone 14 for 350 at that time i didn't have time to check my phone.
When i checked my phone at home i got to know that the phone has heating issue they have given me three month warranty but the thing is they told me that its normal send me home without solving the problem and back at home i got to realise that it has misclicked issue also i didnt got time to visit.them. when i visit them after like a month they told me that its back is damaged and we don't cover this warranty
But they know that the phone has issue from the beginning they just trying to scam . Worst customer service

they ordered the new keyboard dropped it off. .FIXED WITHIN 2 HOURS.FANTASTIC SERVICE GOOD PRICE .RECOMENDED TO ALL. great customer service .honest and very reliable

Mobile service

Brilliant service today. Phone screen was cracked but able to use phone up until this morning. Popped into shop lunch time an hour later it was fixed charged and ready for use. Excellent thank you

Happy with the service

I am extremely happy with the service which was provided today for my wife’s iPhone 6s Plus. I explained to them that my wife is going to hospital for induction tomorrow, so I need to communicate with her while she is in hospital. The techno staff handled my situation like theirs by Taking a extra mile to fix her phone while I was waiting until it passed their business hours. They closed late because of my situation. By the way we are going to have a baby boy ...Thank you techno 2 day mobiles.
