once again Jason to the rescue, i rang Jason to ask about a noise from the auto box on a Mercedes Sl to see when he could take a look, as i am in the trade he said gear box mount check it looked ok told Jason he said take my word just change it we did and low and behold sorted, now i know why i have used Stephens Engineering for about 15 years ,first meet Bill & Jason at there palmers green sit with a gear box problem that i was told elsewhere needed to come out and be stripped out , Bill checked it over replaced a valve on the outside of the gear box a and was perfect from then on, good honest guys very hard to come by these days highly recommend by me and the many customers i have sent to them over the years. many thanks John Mill End Motor Company

Had our car taken to this garage 2 hrs away from our home to have new gearbox fitted as we was told ours was no good. Jason went out his way to repair our car no new gearbox needed. Great bloke. Will definately use again no matter how far we have to travel. Thankyou

I was advised to take my Fiat Doblo automatic to Stephens Engineering, Thundridge, I was surprised and disappointed that they said they were unable to repair the selector syncromesh fault, despite this Dualogic gearbox being a common, if problematic one. Could do better!
