One of my spokes broke whilst in Harlow managed to get to Epping and saw this shop and the owner was outside
I asked him if he could have a look but told I had no money or card on me to pay but he said don’t worry about I will get you home and took out the broken spoke adjusted a few of the others to stop week wobble and off I went
Many thanks
Ian

Great service today, had an issues with my new Trike, Jason solved it as we waited and was extremely knowledgeable. We hadn’t expected this to be sorted so quickly and to our embarrassment had no dosh on us. No problem we were told, bring it up next time your in town. Fantastic local service just what we need in Epping.
