Poor customer service.

I don’t rate your audiology centre In Maidenhead, you state that the department is open seven days a week from 09.00 to 17.30 except on Thursday when you close at 19.00hrs. I’ve just contacted the shop at 15.55hrs on Saturday the 17th of July, only to be informed that the department is CLOSED until Monday morning, so anyone requiring hearing aid help over the weekend can’t receive it. Either your times need changing or your staff.
