Sent very expensive gkasses in oct last year. A payment was taken from our card. Another payment for the same amount was taken recently not authorised by us . Do not go anywhere near this company they will take your money and not send your glasses back

I sent my glasses for repair in August 2023 - Yes that long ago & Martin has promised he’ll get back to me but never does. I know all about his family bereavements but he said the last time I spoke to him he was getting himself organised to restart the business. Obviously this hasn’t happened as my son & girlfriend went to shop a few times but it’s closed. I tried calling him yesterday on landline but answer phone is full & mobile doesn’t answer so left message. No reply. Please please don’t use this man/company you’ll be very disappointed. I’ve been wearing an old pair of glasses with wrong prescription so am now going to have to get a new pair. The ones Martin has cost me £400! Don’t Use them. Thank goodness I didn’t pay anything like some people.

*Do not send anything to this business*. They are not reliable for parcel service. The only good reviews they get are street business. I realised this after I'd had the problem myself. I texted the business before sending my parcel to ask if they were operational. They immediately replied in the affirmative. My parcel was collected from Royal Mail 19 days after I sent it - during the 19 days I received texts telling me that I would receive a message/call tomorrow. Last text is dated 27 days after I sent it, saying "they will try to call me tomorrow". Which never happened and since then radio silence. I'll do a second review to see what happens next. For the moment this business is behaving fraudulently

This person is a pathological ......... - posted my glasses in MAY and he singed for them and now wont respond.
He has text me in the last 2 weeks promising to send them twice - but is not doing it.
keep clear of this business all the reviews say the same thing
