Hi and thanks for reading. I have over 30 years of experience in communications and have been a self employed telephone engineer since 2005 & although I have worked all over the country, I now mainly cover the North West of England. But do still work anywhere and everywhere.

What I've noticed lately though is, "the usual providers" just putting their fibre at the front of the house, this is where suits them , and not you......& then you're stuck with the router in a room that you dont want and ultimately you dont get the optimal speeds where you need them.........we can relocate your router to a more accessible place in your home, that provides better speeds for all the family.

Also lately I've been seeing new routers installed and the house phone sockets disconnected, with just a single phone plugged in at the back of the router. This can be fixed back and have your existing sockets come back live, it takes a bit of wiring, but still, can be done.
