Had my hair cut by Sarah, she was brilliant, really friendly and professional! The salon was well equipped and really hygienic, all the staff made me feel really welcome and like I'd been a regular for years, will be a regular from now on, highly recommend!

Won't go anywhere else. I have my HD Brows, Russian Lashes and Acrylic nails done here. They are excellent at their job and really lovely bunch of talented girls. I was recommended to go to Gerry for my HD Brows. SHE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! You have to pre-book in advance she is that good but don't be impatient she is definitely worth the wait girls and definitely a perfectionist. Can't recommend these girls enough. It's such a hidden gem tucked away in a lovely walk way off the centre of ormskirk. I'm so glad I found it 😃

I have been coming to serenity for years. I have a variety of treatments. The salon uses lycon wax, THE BEST in the business. Acrylic nails are great and always on trend. Recently I have been having regular massage with Stacey. I cannot tell you the extent of the knots I had in my shoulder blades. Over three sessions every last knot has gone and I feel like I have a new back! You know when you go for a massage and you're disappointed sometimes because it doesn't do the job? Well not of that at Serenity! Everyone is individually treated depending on your needs. I love the place. I can't recommend the salon enough. Geri and all of the ladies are so welcoming and friendly. If you haven't been you need to try it for all your pampering needs.
