I haven't brought anything from Ruby Watts lighting yet, I simply made an enquiry & got over and above the help I needed. I without doubt will be visiting this shop and am already fascinated with the knowledge welcoming attitude from the proprietor.

Lots of very bespoke and individual pieces. Lovely staff as well. thoroughly recommended for a perusal and purchases.

Ruby Watts treasure trove of lighting and other interesting vintage bits. The staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and will help you source pieces if they don't hold stock of the item you are after. So many quirky and beautiful things definitely worth a look.

Having been to Ruby's to deck out my home with some more unique lighting then one would find in more mainstream stores, I was stunned at the personal and professional service that was provided, especially considering I was just browsing.

After having an initial chat, as a service, the owner of the store provided a consultation where she came to my home with a treasure trove of pieces that were based on my preferences, taste and style of home, as well as a few pieces that Sophia herself, the owner, selected just to demonstrate the fun you can have with design.

Seeing the lights in-situ made such a difference and gave me the confidence to choose more striking designs as installation was included and I had the confidence that the pieces looked really great!

Ever since - I have never had so many compliments on my home, and could not encourage others to visit Sophia at Ruby's more.

I love this little shop, it is full of character and spark.
The owner is very helpful and has a collection of lights that I have never seen before. I always manage to find a hidden gem when I visit!
