I got my hair cut by an apprentice Trinity, supervised by Georgia and it was amazing. It was very professional and they took my questions and answered them very well. They gave me recommendations based on what I showed and what used their professional knowledge to best apply that to my hair. It was an amazing experience and I’ll definitely be coming back. Prices are very reasonable too which was good to see! I do recommend Ruby Reds to get your hair done, you won’t leave disappointed or upset.

Went for a white and blonde split dye with Jodie and it turned out amazing!! My hair still feels so healthy and Jodie gave me a lovely experience, thank you so much! Highly recommend coming here!

Last week I called and requested an appointment for this week and lady on the phone said Tuesday at 9am is available. I’ve asked the confirmation for the date and I’ve been told my appointment on Tuesday May 4th at 9am, and then I’ve learned actually When I entered the saloon this morning for my haircut that my appointment on Tuesday May 11th at 9 am. Only I’ve received “we are really sorry”. For don’t face this kind of circumstances you should have sent a confirmation email or text to your client. I came in the morning for nothing. I do not even try to book any future appointment.

I went to Ruby Reds this morning for my post-lockdown cut. A lovely lady called Jodie cut my hair and did a fantastic job! I’ve been going to this salon since October 2019 and plan to continue as the staff are always so friendly, attentive and great at what they do. They also respected the new COVID guidelines by ensuring hand sanitiser and PPE were being used. I was delighted that the new practice didn’t take anything away from the usual amazing experience! I 100% recommend them!
